By using this service you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide software that uses AI to reply to WhatsApp messages for your business. AI replies can contain mistakes. You are responsible for the information you give the AI (prices, offers, policies) and for checking important conversations.

Your responsibilities

• Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Meta's terms.
• Only message people who contacted you or agreed to receive messages. No spam.
• Do not use the service for illegal, harmful or restricted products.

Credits and payments

AI replies and follow-ups use credits. Credits are added after we verify your payment. Unused credits are not refundable unless required by law. Free trial credits have no cash value.

Meta charges

Meta may charge your WhatsApp account directly for some message types (for example template messages). These charges are between you and Meta.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or Meta's policies.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost sales or indirect damages.
